Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Mental Health Aide to assist the Staff Nurse and Therapists on the nursing unit, performing delegated tasks and helping maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and must complete the UTMC Healthcare Tech training with CPR/BLS certification, or hold CNA/STNA certification. Weekend/holidays and rotating shifts are required; physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required after UTMC Healthcare Tech training or CNA/STNA certification may waive training.
• Ability to write legibly, speak clearly, and follow directions.
