Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete a Nurse Aide I training/competency evaluation.
• Nurse Aide I Registration with the state registry.
• BLS Certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsabilités

• Observes and reports patient appearance, behavior, and response to care. Monitors vitals and reports abnormalities to the nurse.
• Records temperature, pulse, respirations, BP, and intake/output as required.
• Maintains a clean, safe patient environment and assists with routine care.
• Assists with elimination and hygiene and documents patient intake and needs.
