Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred for higher responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review demographic and insurance data for accuracy in charts.
• Conduct New Patient Orientation and administrative intake.
• Serve as billing information point for services coordination.
• Follow up with responsible party to review program costs and collect docs.
• Handle weekend and after-hours patient web inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and Compass policies.
• Perform clerical duties to support center operations.
