Position Summary

Our rapidly expanding team is seeking a Patient Care Advocate with experience in the complex model of financial-based assistance. Advocates will handle the financial assistance process from submission to approval, including compiling information, responding to subscriber questions regarding high-cost medications, and guiding subscribers through available options. Ideal candidates are excellent multitaskers, able to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines, with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Completing detailed documentation
  • Responding to questions from subscribers regarding their eligible medications
  • Facilitating medication fills through appropriate programs
  • Communicating with doctors’ offices and pharmacies on high-level, time-sensitive issues
  • Working as part of a team while managing workload independently
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years PBM or similar industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Patient-focused perspective
  • Experience as a processor, case worker, advocate, customer service, or coordinator
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to commute to our Dallas office
