Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated unit clerk to provide administrative support in our nonprofit clinic, greet patients, manage appointments, and keep charts in order in line with Medicare policies.

The full-time role features five 8-hour shifts starting at 8am, Sundays off, with pay from $18 to $24 per hour based on qualifications, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, retirement matching and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in data-related needs including entering episodes of care or responding to data requests.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains accurate treatment statistics and provides reports to management.
• May perform receptionist duties such as sorting mail, answering calls, and greeting visitors.
