Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated unit secretary to provide administrative support in our outpatient clinic, greeting patients and ensuring charts are in order in line with Medicare policies.

The role offers paid training, competitive pay, benefits and Sundays off in a five-shift schedule starting at 8am. As a key member of the clinic team, you will Enter treatment information into MIS, maintain medical records, and support data requests while delivering compassionate patient care in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in other data related needs including data requests from Network or DCI.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains accurate treatment statistics and provides reports to leadership.
• May perform receptionist duties such as mail, phones, visitors and clerical tasks.
