Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for patient billing, collections, or health information management.
• Update accounts with patient/guarantor information; verify third-party coverage.
• Respond to patient correspondence and initiate corrective action as needed.
• Document all actions in the system for auditability.
• Track productivity and provide reports as required by supervisor.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, insurers, government entities, and Parkland staff.
