Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and internal CEENTA locations with urgency and empathy.
• Assist patients with questions regarding balances, statements, insurance, and payments.
• Research patient accounts to resolve billing concerns accurately.
• Document interactions and outcomes in Epic and other channels.
• Process patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Handle high call volume in a fast‑paced environment.
