Job summary

NYU Langone Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to serve as a primary contact for patient inquiries about balances, benefits, and insurance. You will answer calls or messages, log data in CRM, and follow workflows to resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Join a team focused on patient satisfaction, collaboration with Billing and Care teams, and ongoing training to strengthen the revenue cycle and patient experience across our Florida sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 medical billing is preferred.
• Experience with entering data and navigating billing systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries about balances, benefits and insurance.
• Log call data into CRM and follow up on issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with billing tasks and patient communications to reduce call volumes.
