Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a customer service or medical billing role, familiarity with CPT/ICD10, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.
• Experience in customer service, medical billing, or accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 in medical billing.
• Good typing speed and basic math skills.
• Ability to pass typing and scenario assessments prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and electronic messages; log data in CRM.
• Process payments and assist with billing issues.
• Coordinate with insurance and providers to resolve balances.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with policies.
