Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Written responses required, strong writing skills a must.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient/guarantor inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and Epic messages.
• Review accounts and resolve billing issues, denials, COB, copays, and refunds.
• Research activity and make corrections or route to appropriate departments.
• Educate patients on available financial assistance options and process payments.
