Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years in healthcare customer service.
• Knowledge: SBO environment and Epic, including non-SBO environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex inquiries across patients, physicians, clinics, hospitals, and insurers.
• Build sustainable relationships with patients through open communication.
• Analyze data in patient account systems to ensure accurate information and documented communications.
• Meet customer service call handling goals and productivity standards.
• De-escalate situations with dissatisfied patients and provide assistance.
