Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in customer service or billing.
• Knowledge of specialty/provider-based billing and Epic SBO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming inquiries from patients, clinics, and insurers to resolve accounts.
• Builds relationships with patients through clear, courteous communication.
• Analyzes data across patient account systems to provide accurate information.
• Meets customer service call handling goals and productivity standards.
• De-escalates situations and provides patient assistance.
• Guides callers through troubleshooting and navigating the company site.
• Keeps records of interactions and processes patient accounts.
