Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or billing in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex inquiries by coordinating between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies.
• Builds trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication.
• Analyzes data from multiple patient account systems to provide accurate information.
• Meets customer service call and productivity targets.
• De-escalates dissatisfied patients and provides support.
• Guides callers through troubleshooting and using company services.
• Keeps detailed records of patient interactions and processes accounts.
