Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Customer Service Specialist CBS (Centralized Business Services) to address complex billing inquiries and support patients and guarantors with confidence and accuracy.

The role emphasizes liaison with insurance companies and facility personnel to resolve issues across service areas, with emphasis on exceptional patient experience and meticulous documentation.

Formación

• Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based/hybrid billing.
• Experience with Epic SBO environment and non-SBO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manages complex inquiries from patients, physicians, clinics, hospitals, and insurers to resolve accounts.
• Builds trust with patients through clear, proactive communication.
• Provides accurate information by analyzing data from multiple patient account systems.
• Meets call handling goals and productivity standards.
• De-escalates dissatisfied patients and offers support.
• Guides callers through troubleshooting and navigating the company site or services.
• Keeps records of patient interactions and files documents.
• Follows established communication procedures and policies.
• Collaborates with peers to improve customer service.
