Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ICD-9 coding experience preferred.
• Experience with Patient Services.
• Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare Insurance.
• Must be able to type 20-30 wpm.
• Must have strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Register new client on Intergy per guidelines.
• Research files for previous enrollment in CHI system.
• Renew or update existing client profiles.
• Perform financial screening on active clients.
• Complete assigned tasks and balance daily batches.
• Check-in and check-out clients for services.
• Process patient payments and deposit daily batches.
• Submit daily journal to supervisor and accounting.
