Qualifications

• Verifiable High-school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections or infusion services.
• Effective written and verbal customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of CVS Specialty processes and impact on patient journey.
• Assist patients with billing and reimbursement questions to ensure timely processing.
• Build trust through meaningful conversations and responsive service.
• Manage difficult situations with empathy and urgency.
• Document interactions in Revenue Cycle systems.
• Record and follow up on patient concerns and eligibility for payment plans.
• Meet call center metrics for call volume and quality.
• Coordinate with CVS Specialty and other departments using technology.
