Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain patient accounts, ensuring billing information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify patient insurance coverage, update information, and process claims.
• Address and resolve patient billing inquiries with clear charges and payments.
• Submit claims to insurance and follow up on unpaid/denied claims.
• Post payments and assist with payment plans as needed.
• Maintain records in the patient management system.
