Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates patient contact via phone calls, letters and skip tracing where defined by guidelines.
• Reviews the full revenue cycle elements for patient accounts to determine where the account became troubled.
• Delivers top-tier patient service with clear, professional communication to patients, guarantors and providers.
• Maintains HIPAA privacy and ensures documentation in account history notes.
