Responsibilities

• Review full revenue cycle elements to identify resolution opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, family members and staff.
• Apply critical thinking to respond to account inquiries.
• Document actions in the account history notes and maintain balance details.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality in line with guidelines.
