Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule all new patient appointments by phone using physician templates.
• Verify insurance and arrange referrals/precertifications as required by insurance.
• Direct patients to UCA website for registration and forms.
• Using scheduling templates, offer best times and allocate to physicians accordingly.
• Maintain and update physician schedules to ensure proper scheduling.
• Book, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
• Consult with Director/Physician on urgent or emergency scheduling needs.
• Assist with Zetafax import as needed.
• Support confirmation calls and attend trainings as required.
• Adhere to employee manual and perform other duties as assigned.
