Job summary

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals.

You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs. Education/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of three (3) years’

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate referral software and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to admission.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certs.
