• Coordinate with physician offices, nursing units, and departments to facilitate admissions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of inquiries.
• Support admissions desk coverage by participating in call rotations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; assist with additional duties as assigned.
