You will collect co-pays, complete payment arrangements, and handle paperwork per policy while welcoming patients and visitors.

The role requires strong organizational, communications, and computer skills, with experience in medical terminology and confidential patient handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates admission process and verifies insurance benefits and authorizations.

• Receives patients and visitors and answers phone calls.
• Compiles patient charts and ensures accurate documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate patient information.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to admit smoothly.
• Maintains lobby area neat; performs additional duties as assigned.
