Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Answers the telephone and directs calls to the right personnel.
• Explains admission forms and questions about patient rights and living will.
• Reviews patient forms for completeness and signatures.
• Collects deposits and/or co-pays per guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Directs complaints to appropriate staff for prompt resolution.
• Supports continuous quality improvement and aligns with hospital values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
