Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and initiates the check-in process in a courteous manner.
• Provides professional customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Verifies patient demographics and updates medical records, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Completes admissions registrations for inpatient, outpatient, and other hospital services.
• Performs PBX operator duties and handles phone routing as needed.
