Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and families, coordinating admissions and transitions across care levels while supporting a positive patient experience.

The role includes administrative duties for treatment teams, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of treatment plans and patient engagement surveys. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions coordination to ensure smooth admissions and transfers.
• Coordinate with treatment teams to secure services and coordinate appointments.
• Provide administrative support, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining patient records and forms.
• Assist with admissions in medical records system and prepare schedules and documents.
• Coordinate transportation and manage daily attendance from logs.
