Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and Patient Transitions: greet patients and families, coordinate admissions and transitions across levels of care.
• Administrative Duties: answer phones, greet visitors, manage documents, and maintain supplies.
• Program Support: coordinate outside medical appointments and assist treatment teams with scheduling and patient engagement tasks.
