Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for our Woodridge location. This full-time role involves handling high call volumes, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient information in the Epic system.

You will contribute to a positive patient experience by pre-screening and efficiently managing daily schedules, while adhering to departmental protocols and policies. Training and growth are available within a physician-led network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of patient-facing experience.
• Strong customer service and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Check-in/Greeting Patients/ Patient Scheduling.
• Verifies patient information in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
• Monitor schedules daily, ensuring all open slots are filled on the same day.
• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
