Responsibilities

• Resolve accounts timely and accurately.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor cash collection goals.
• Handle patient communications by phone, email, and mail.
• Obtain required documents for charity write-offs and discounts.
• Prepare adjustments, refunds, and write-offs per guidelines.
• Document all collection and follow-up activities daily.
