• Complete intake of new patient admissions in EHR software.
• Track, manage, and collect all co-pays and patient responsibility amounts in a timely manner.
• Complete monthly charge entries and preparing month end documents required by deadlines.
• Operate and manage multi-line phone system; weekly bank deposits.
• Provide tours of the facility and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
