This full‑time, Monday‑Friday role involves admissions intake in our EHR, eligibility verification, co‑pay collection, and coordinating with the billing team to ensure timely

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep communication moving by routing correspondence to the right people.
• Confirm eligibility and benefits by phone and through online portals for various insurance plans and Medicare.
• Welcome new patients with accurate, timely admissions intake in our EHR system.
• Own the details by tracking, managing, and collecting co-pays and patient-responsibility amounts on time.
• Enter charges and prepare required documents to keep month-end on track.
• Maintain professional, friendly voice when handling multi-line phone interactions.
• Complete weekly bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Provide engaging facility tours to prospective patients and families.
• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting everyone with warmth and professionalism.
• Build strong partnerships with coworkers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays (M-F)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keep communication moving by reading, researching, and routing correspondence to the right people.
• Confirm eligibility and benefits by phone and through online portals for a variety of insurance plans and Medicare.
• Welcome new patients with accurate, timely admissions intake in our EHR software.
• Own the details by tracking, managing, and collecting co-pays and patient-responsibility amounts on time.
• Keep month-end on track by entering charges and preparing required documents by established deadlines.
• Turn information into action by efficiently collecting, organizing, and analyzing details.
• Be the friendly, professional voice of the facility while operating and managing the multi-line phone system.
• Complete weekly bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Help prospective patients and families feel at home by providing engaging facility tours.
• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting everyone with warmth and professionalism.
• Build strong, positive partnerships with co-workers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Competencies:

Requirements
