Qualifications

• Basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls daily and direct to appropriate individuals.
• Assist in updating patient demographics/registration.
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility.
• Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
• Respond to all incoming calls and help with registration and payments.
