Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside, CA is seeking a friendly receptionist to handle incoming calls, assist with patient registration, and support front-desk operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills. You will help update demographics, verify insurance eligibility, and assist with payer communications.

• Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.

SUMMARY

Responsible for responding to all incoming calls, and assisting patient’s with direct registration, eligibility, and payment updates.

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree required. One-year prior experience in customer service required. Must have basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills.
