  • Complies with policies, processes and department guidelines for assigned revenue cycle duties.
  • Prepares and submits clean claims to insurance companies electronically or by paper accurately and timely.
  • Processes assigned reports, worklists, and patient accounts with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborates with management and coworkers in an open and positive manner.
  • Communicates with patients regarding their accounts, answers billing questions, and provides information on payment options.
