Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years Patient Access experience.
• CHAA or CRCR Certification - preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of registration, Non-Federal and Federal billing regulations, and state programs such as Charity Care.
• Medical terminology and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all customers are treated with respect.
• Provide a safe and secure registration environment.
• Explain and obtain signatures on all forms for services.
• Collect and verify patient demographic information and insurance details.
• Explain financial responsibilities and process cash collections.
