Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to the Patient Access team.
• Monitor department metrics and provide reports on care access activities.
• Lead and guide Access team members to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with staff and leadership to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with staff training and department orientation.
• Manage escalations and coaching to resolve issues promptly.
• Support scheduling, on-call rotation, and team meetings.
