Mass General Brigham seeks a Patient Business Representative Team Lead who reports to the Manager of Financial Counseling. The PBR Team Lead combines financial counseling with patient registration, assisting low-income, uninsured, and underinsured patients in applying for financial assistance to obtain coverage.

The Team Lead brings deep knowledge of the billing/revenue cycle and will collaborate with Case Management, Social Work, BWPO Practice Management, and other departments.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of patient access procedures and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service, listening, empathy and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

• Lead and train Patient Business Representatives as assigned.
• Serve as primary contact for complex billing/financial issues.
