Qualifications

• 3 years of prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests and time off.
• Mentor and develop employees toward advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
