Job summary

Northwest Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Team Supervisor at the West Salem Clinic in Salem, OR. The role centers on leading the Patient Access staff to deliver excellent patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.

The supervisor will oversee staffing, training, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with Clinic Operations Managers to support daily workflows and patient access services.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with training and evaluating staff.
• Experience in high volume call center or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient access operations.
• Coordinate employee schedules and coverage.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Access team.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Conduct audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help create efficient workflows that enhance the patient experience.
