The Wellstar PAS Team Lead position functions under the direction of the PAS Supervisor and/or Manager. The role leads the daily operations of their assigned areas, ensures staffing, problem-solving, and customer service excellence. It monitors KPIs and develops action plans for optimal performance.

In this front-line role, you may cover open shifts, collaborate with other departments, and ensure efficiency, policy adherence, and a high-quality patient experience across the Revenue Cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in Patient Access Services or related area.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Epic or similar patient access systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned Patient Access areas.
• Monitor staffing levels, solve problems and ensure service quality.
• Track KPIs and participate in action plans for performance improvements.
