Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee registration operations across designated hubs. You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure accurate cashier functions while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff training, managing schedules, and driving process improvements to meet department and health system objectives. A CHAA certification within 18 months is required, with a minimum of two years in leadership

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Patient Access experience required.
• Must obtain Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Patient Access leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with HR functions for Patient Access including screening, hiring, scheduling and evaluating staff.
• Provide leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving for Patient Access and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, staffing needs and staff training in customer relations and office procedures.
• Ensure operations run effectively and efficiently by streamlining processes and managing workload.
• Monitor staff adherence to processes for accurate completion of duties.
