Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) within 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of patient access operational model.
• Ensure high physician, clinical leader, and customer satisfaction.
• Assure accurate and complete data collection.
• Streamline financial clearance functions prior to service.
• Participate on committees and teams.
• Promote interdepartmental communication.
• Facilitate information sharing and problem solving.
• Implement and maintain compliant policies for all Patient Access staff.
• Monitor performance through metrics.
• Proficient in EPIC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and train staff accordingly.
• Establish standards to reduce registration errors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from authorities and third parties.
