Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to guide patients through copay assistance programs and access to prescription medications. You will interact with patients, physicians, and pharmacies, delivering program information, eligibility help, and reimbursement support with a focus on empathy and ease of use.

Qualifications

• When applying, you should demonstrate strong empathy and the ability to support patients through complex processes.
• Experience in health care or case management within a high-volume contact center is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, health care insurance, or medical billing is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to support access to care and reimbursement needs.
• Provide program information, eligibility guidance, and step-by-step assistance to ensure medication adherence.
• Escalate issues to Program Management or IT as needed and collaborate with other teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer empathy and focus on a positive patient experience.
• Support services across copay assistance programs and related processes as required.
