Job summary

Required: CHAM and CRCR certifications, a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of supervisory healthcare experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; AI-enabled process improvement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM).
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).
• Experience in supervising healthcare access operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting staff.
• Oversees orientation, training, and daily staff performance metrics.
• Manages staff scheduling, including on-call rotations and attendance.
• Tracks and reports department performance with key metrics (wait times, productivity).
• Supports process improvements and adherence to revenue cycle requirements.
• Reports to Patient Access Leadership and participates in facility activities.
