Candidates should have CHAM and CRCR credentials, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–3 years of supervisory healthcare experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-driven process improvements are valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) credential.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) credential.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-Year/Associate or 4-Year/Bachelor degree required.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or business preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting staff.
• Provide training and monitor daily productivity; report department performance.
• Schedule staff including rotations, time off, and call-offs; minimize overtime.
• Oversee upfront collection process tracking; set goals and coaching.
• Participate in on-call rotation including days/nights/weekends.
• Develop department processes; conduct audits and ongoing staff education.
