Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to coordinate registration and front-end revenue cycle activities at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. You will lead the Patient Access staff, ensure efficient patient flow, and coach on performance metrics.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business, with knowledge of registration, scheduling and billing. On-call duties may apply; extensive benefits and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred
• Ability to lead/direct others;高Analytics
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI in processes and team management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration duties and staff training; monitor daily productivity
• Provide reporting on key metrics (wait times, productivity, etc.) and board performance
• Schedule staff and manage overtime to maximize productivity
• Oversee upfront collection tracking and coaching
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights/weekends and staff guidance
• Develop and coach staff; conduct audits and trainings
• Act as a resource for staff and other departments to ensure service excellence
• Lead department projects and monitor progress with leadership
• Assist with staff evaluations and attendance systems
• Participate in facility meetings for process alignment
