Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access Supervisor Champion for an on-site role at Valley - Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. You will lead and coach the patient access staff, coordinate registration duties, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional service while controlling costs.

The position requires 2-3 years of supervisory healthcare experience, CHAM/CRCR certifications are valued, and a strong knowledge of registration, scheduling, and hospital billing.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting staff.
• Provides training to staff and monitors daily productivity.
• Reports metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to leadership.
• Manages staff schedules, time off, and on-call rotations.
• Performs on-call duties and covers staffing gaps as needed.
• Participates in process improvement projects and coaching.
