Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize staff, coach performance, and ensure compliant, efficient registration workflows. You’ll train staff, monitor productivity, and report on key metrics while coordinating with the Patient Access Manager.

Responsibilities include scheduling, onboarding, process improvement, and on-call coverage. We value AI-enabled leadership and support associates with certifications and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 Year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees.
• Provide training for staff and monitor productivity.
• Track department performance with metrics on point of service, wait times, productivity.
• Schedule staff, rotations, time off, and on-call shifts.
• Lead process improvements and assist with audits and coaching.
• Handle on-call rotation and provide guidance to staff as needed.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with clinical teams for alignment.
