• Minimum of 5 years of Patient Access experience.
• Preferred knowledge of registration, Insurance Verification, Authorization requirements, and related billing regulations.
• 3 years of leadership/oversight of staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of registrations and correct errors via daily reports.
• Provide oversight of staff education, scheduling, and performance review.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans when goals aren’t met.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure onboarding and ongoing training.
